EIHL #8 in Europe's top attendances

The Elite League ranked eighth overall in the International Ice Hockey Federation's ranking of attendance across Europe's top leagues.
League attendances across the EIHL increased some 6.8% according to the IIHF's ranking, giving it the highest growth inside the top eight.
Sheffield Steelers were the highest-ranked British team in the ranking of individual clubs, moving up from #35 to #28 overall. Nottingham Panthers were also inside the top 50 at #49, with Belfast Giants coming in at #80.
