Jenion suspended for one game
Storm defenseman receives suspension

On Saturday night in Nottingham, Storm defenseman #8 Bradley Jenion was assessed a five-minute major penalty and a game misconduct for Kneeing.
Jenion is skating back into his defensive zone as the Steelers enter their offensive zone in control of the puck with Jenion moving from the right side of the ice to the left. With the Steelers in their offensive zone, the puck falls to Sam Tremblay. As Tremblay attempts to make a pass to a teammate, Jenion, who is now stationary, attempts to deliver a bodycheck making no upper body contact, instead leading with his right knee and causing knee-on-knee contact. This is kneeing.
It is important to note that this is not a case in which the player receiving the hit creates an unavoidable knee-on-knee impact. Jenion adjusts to Tremblay’s movement by extending his knee forward, ensuring contact is made.
To Summarise:
- This is Kneeing
- No History
Effective immediately Manchester Storm defenseman Bradley Jenion is fined and suspended for one game and fined.
