It’s Friday night hockey again in Glasgow as league play in Week 23 of the 2025/26 season gets underway.
Glasgow Clan welcome Manchester Storm to Braehead Arena for the final meeting between the teams in Glasgow. The sides are contesting back-to-back games this weekend and will meet again in Manchester on Saturday night.
Each team has a win apiece at Braehead Arena. Clan took the first game 3-2 back in September, while Storm were 4-0 winners in October. Manchester then logged a 5-1 win on home ice in mid-January.
Glasgow ended a run of three straight losses by winning in Dundee on Sunday, while Storm are on their worst slump of the season so far with four losses in a row - however, they did pick up a point in three of them.
The teams are separated by seven points in the table, with Storm fifth and Clan eighth. Manchester’s bid to gatecrash the top four has stalled in recent weeks, while Clan have extended the gap on the teams chasing a playoff place to 15 points with key wins over Dundee.
