Belfast Giants stayed four points clear at the top of the Elite League but were made to work hard for their 4-3 win over Fife Flyers.
Gio Finoro and Johan Porsberger both put the Flyers ahead either side of a Ben Lake goal to give the visitors a one-goal lead through 20 minutes at a packed SSE Arena.
Jake Gaudet then levelled the game 46 seconds into period two.
Two goals in just over three minutes swung momentum the way of the league leaders. JJ Piccinich converted on the powerplay at 30:02 to put the home side ahead, with Nicolas Guay doubling their advantage 3:08 later.
Milan Lucic pulled one back for the Flyers with 2:33 to go and the goalie pulled, but the visitors could not force another goal and were narrowly beaten.
