Steelers set new EIHL attendance record

Sheffield Steelers made history on Boxing Day 2025 with the biggest ever crowd recorded for an Elite League fixture.

The attendance of 9,512 surpassed the previous record of 9,368, which was also set at the Utilita Arena.

Upgrades to seating in suites added extra capacity to the venue, which is currently the largest arena in the EIHL.
