Day two of 2020's hockey sees a pair of games taking place this evening.

1700 Dundee Stars vs. Belfast Giants

Belfast head to Dundee looking to avenge their 6-3 home loss to the Stars on 30 December.

It was the Stars' third win of the season against the Giants at the SSE Arena, but now heading to Dundee it's the Giants who have the better record with two wins in three visits this season.

"We've won three in a row and I like how we've been playing in the last four games. We seem to be clicking and have been scoring goals which is something we can hopefully build on." - Omar Pacha (Head Coach, Dundee Stars)

"In this league, you have to respond every night. We had some angry guys after losing at home to Dundee and they need to take this into Dundee and show up. If you want to win championships in this league you have to do it every night and be ready to outwork teams." - Adam Keefe (Head Coach, Belfast Giants)

1930 Guildford Flames vs. Manchester Storm

Just over 24 hours since the teams faced off at the Storm Shelter, Guildford and Manchester go head to head again but this time on the bigger ice in Surrey.

Guildford stayed in fifth following their win in Manchester yesterday. They are three points behind Nottingham above them, and two ahead of Coventry a place. below. In. both cases, the Flames have played three less games.

The Storm have one win in Guildford already this season and have the chance to go level with Fife in the last playoff place if they can pick up two points tonight.

"The two games that we've played in our building this season have been two very good, tight games. We expect pretty much the same thing, both teams are pretty well-matched." - Paul Dixon (Head Coach, Guildford Flames)

"We've played well both times in Guildford, we're a little down on bodies at the moment with guys eating a lot of ice time. But that is what it is and we'll need a big character check tonight." - Ryan Finnerty (Head Coach, Manchester Storm)
