Nottingham Panthers head to Belfast for the first time this season with the top four in their sights.

A road win in Cardiff last weekend, followed by a point at home to Dundee, left Joanathan Paredes' team three points off the top three, but having played some five games fewer than Glasgow Clan. If the Panthers can win all of their games in hand on the sides about them, they'd go second. The Panthers confirmed the return of Joe Hazeldine on Thursday night, adding to their blue-line options with Josh Tetlow sidelined.

Belfast completed a four-point weekend when these two teams met just under a fortnight ago. However, since then Adam Keefe's men have lost both of their next fixtures and find themselves in an unfamiliar position of having under a .500 points record through their opening 15 games of the season. Henrik Eriksson was added as injury cover for Oliver Cooper this week, returning after spells in both Norway and Switzerland so far this season.
