Clarification: Video Review

Situation regarding video reviews in EIHL games

During Game 61, Sheffield Steelers vs. Glasgow Clan on Sunday 19 November 2023, a video review was initiated by a Coach's Challenge for 'Puck Crossing the Goal Line'.

To clarify: In Elite League games, a Coach's Challenge can only be issued to challenge Goaltender Interference. Other video review options as detailed in the Casebook are only at the discretion of the game officials, and cannot be challenged by coaches.
