Wednesday: Blaze and Devils meet in Cup

Coventry Blaze host Cardiff Devils in Challenge Cup Group B action on Wednesday night at the Skydome.

The Devils have already secured top spot in Group B but could still go into the next round as second seeds if they win their remaining two games and Sheffield slip up in their final fixture against Manchester.

Coventry could use a break after losing their last four straight games - although in three of them they picked up a point. Indeed, the Blaze have won just one of their last nine in all competitions, including late goals against Fife this past weekend. They were home winners over the Devils when the sides met earlier this season, but have struggled in Cardiff.
