Sunday: Blaze and Flyers home in Cup action

Week 1 of the 2023/24 Elite Ice Hockey League season comes to a close with three games in the Challenge Cup across Sunday.
Fife Flyers play their first home game of their new era with Glasgow Clan the visitors to Kirkclady. The sides met on Saturday night with the Clan coming away with a 4-0 win - the Flyers will be looking for revenge, and also to score their first competitive goal under new head Coach Tom Coolen. Faceoff is at 5.15pm

Down in Coventry, the Blaze face Cardiff Devils from 5.30pm in the home side's first cup game of the season. Cardiff will be looking to take control of Group B after a tight win over Guildford on Saturday in cup action. The Blaze opened their league season with a well-deserved overtime point in Sheffield.
