Two more teams have retro nights on a busy Saturday night in the Viaplay Elite League.

It's a crucial game in Glasgow for the Clan as they take on Fife Flyers at 7pm. Clan, who will switch back to their Braehead logo for their retro jerseys, have just six games left this season and are currently level on 29 points with Fife in the fight for the last playoff place. The Flyers have three games in hand putting them in pole position to make the top eight, with Clan realistically running out of runway to make up the gap if they were to lose tonight. Fife need to quickly switch back to league action after the disappointment of losing 9-3 in the Viaplay Challenge Cup Final on Wednesday,

In Nottingham, the Panthers switch back to one of their most iconic looks of the 90s for their retro game against long-standing rivals Sheffield Steelers. The visitors picked up just one point against Coventry over two games last weekend and have dropped back to seven points behind in the title race - any further slip-ups could well see their hopes all-but ended, and the Panthers would be only too happy to oblige in aiding that. Nottingham's recent form has seen them fall behind Manchester in the race for sixth trailing Manchester by a win but having played two games fewer.

Cardiff Devils host Dundee Stars a point out of second but five points off top spot having played the same number of games as leaders Belfast. The Devils enter their final ten games still in the league title race but with very little margin for error. Their double-header series in Belfast later this month may well decide their fate so far as the title goes. Dundee need to make up five points on Fife to have any hope of reaching the playoffs in their final 12 games of the season.
