Petgrave fined for Abuse of Officials

Steelers forward receives fine

The Viaplay Elite League's Department of Player safety has fined Sheffield Steelers' Matt Petgrave for an incident in the Game between the Steelers and Devils on 3rd December 2022 and warned him about his future conduct.

Effective immediately, Sheffield Steelers' Matt Petgrave is fined for his actions (Abuse of Officials) at 60:00. 

The incident will be recorded on the team’s record for the remainder of the 2022/23 season, with Petgrave classified as a repeat offender and subject to further tariffs if future incidents occur.
