Tonight: Friday night hockey in Glasgow and Manchester!

It's Friday night and it's a double hockey night in the Viaplay Elite League with two games from 7pm!

In Glasgow, it's a Scottish derby with Clan hosting Fife Flyers at Braehead Arena. It's a meeting of the teams placed tenth and eighth respectively, with the Flyers three points ahead on level games. While Clan can't climb out of last place with a win tonight, they would cut the gap to Fife and Dundee to just a point with a win. Both teams are looking for their first win in three.

Over in Manchester, Storm host Belfast Giants for the first time this season. Storm find themselves seventh in the league after 11 games on nine points, while the Giants have 18 from 11 and are two places higher. Were the teams sorted on points percentage, Belfast would be second. Manchester are looking for their first win after two losses and will have two-way call-up Ben Solder in the lineup as cover for the injured Zach Sullivan, while new goalie Jeremy Brodeur is expected to make his Storm debut. Belfast are on a run of five straight wins.
