After a comeback from 4-2 down to beat Fife Flyers 7-4 on Wednesday night, Cardiff Devils are home again tonight with the visit of Nottingham Panthers. The sides met Sunday last week with the Panthers taking a well-deserved 5-2 win at the Motorpoint Arena. In the two meetings between the teams so far this season, the home side has won both and scored five goals each time. In league play, the Panthers are aiming to extend a three-game unbeaten streak.

In Scotland, Glasgow Clan host Belfast Giants for the first league meeting between the teams at Braehead Arena this season. The Giants comfortably won both cup games earlier in the campaign, but were pushed all the way last weekend in a league meeting in Belfast winning 1-0 with a goal in the third period. Since taking over as interim Head Coach of Clan, Stephen Dixon has a 1-1 record but did break his team’s lengthy losing run with a home win over Manchester six nights ago.
