Pre-season came to an end on Sunday night with four home wins.

Cardiff Devils ended pre-season with their fourth win out of six thanks to completing a weekend sweep over Nottingham Panthers. Despite Brett Welychka putting the visitors ahead in just over 90 seconds, a Sam Duggan double in the middle frame put the Devils into the lead. Joey Martin made it 3-1 with just over 15 minutes to play, although it was a nervy end thanks to Andrew Johnston pulling one back for the Panthers with 9:16 to play. The Panthers did pull Jack Berry with 1:41 left, but were unable to force the equaliser.

Dundee Stars completed pre-season with their second win of the weekend over Scottish opposition, this time dispatching Fife Flyers 5-3 on Tayside. Former Flyer Erik Näslund put the hosts ahead inside two minutes, a lead doubled through Philippe Sanche shorthanded at 18:19. James Spence, Simon Fernholm and Shawn Cameron all scored for the Flyers to put them 3-2 up after 40 minutes, but the scoring wasn't done there. Carter Folk tied things up at 46:10, and a little over xtwo minutes later Sanche put the hosts back ahead. Devon Daniels scored the game's final goal at 50:17, completing a night where all eight were scored at one end!

Coventry Blaze got their first win of pre-season thanks to a 4-2 victory over Sheffield Steelers. Peyton Frantti and Alex Forbes scored in period one to put the hosts up by a pair, however goals from Adam Raška ad Sam Jones tied things up in the second. Jack Billings put the Blaze back ahead at 42:58, while Johnny Curran added an insurance marker with 2:59 to go.

Finally, Guildford Flames completed their pre-season with a 6-1 win over Manchester Storm. While Jordy Stallard put Storm ahead just past the 10-minute mark, Ian McNulty tied things before the period was out. Kyle Locke ad Joha Eriksson combined for goals in period two, while Turer Ripplinger, Peter Crinella ad Sam Marklund completed the scoring in the final period.
