The Giants are on a league-leading 11-game winning streak, a straight 10 in all competitions, and have only lost one of their last 13 games. Those results have seen them qualify for the Semi-final of the cup as top seed, guaranteeing home advantage in the one-off game, and climb to 36 points from 23 games on 78% of points collected so far.

With Sheffield involved in cup action tonight, the Giants will have played a league game more than the Steelers by the end of the night, so defeat also puts them behind the eight-ball.

Glasgow are having a much quieter week by their stands, with their being only their first game so far in Week 18. They picked up four points out of eight in a four-game week last time out, and sit ninth just a point outside the playoff places.

Belfast have won all three meetings between the teams this season by a combined score of 14-3.
