Steelers add two to IR; extend Valdix as cover

Sheffield have added forward Brendan Connolly to their injured-reserve list, backdated to 21 November 2021. He will be ineligible to ice in EIHL competition for 21 days from this date.

Additionally, the Steelers have retrospectively added forward Marc-Olivier Vallerand to injured-reserve backdated to 8 November 2021. He is also ineligible to ice in EIHL competition for 21 days from this date.

Andreas Valdix, who played for the Steelers in last weekend’s IIHF Continental Cup games, has been added to the roster as Vallerand’s IR cover and is therefore not considered an official change during this time.
