Derby games set to open season

The new season starts with two derby games in the Challenge Cup.

This weekend’s Challenge Cup season openers feature two big derbies.

Nottingham vs. Sheffield has been a staple of the Elite Ice Hockey League since the very beginning, and before. Since the first EIHL season in 2003/2004, the Panthers and Steelers have played 160 games across all competitions (League, Cup, and Playoffs) – but who’s come out on top most of all?
