Czech defenseman passes away

The Elite Ice Hockey League was saddened on late Saturday night to learn of the passing of Marek Trončinský.

The Czech defenseman played in Sheffield during 2019/20 and notched 42 points in 43 games for the Steelers, becoming a huge hit with their fans.
