Rapid Solicitors Hull Stingrays can confirm they have released Latvian forward Janis Ozolins.
The 23-year-old former junior international arrived at Hull Arena in the summer following a prolific spell for Sheffield Steeldogs in the English Premier League.
Ozolins made a bright start to the season but has not scored in 12 games, picking up just two assists in the process. He registered 33 points (14 goals and 19 assists) from 39 games.
“I just felt it was time to make a change and we wish Janis all the best for the future.”
